Mediation is a flexible process that can be used to settle disputes without the need to attend court. The mediator will act as an independent third party whose aim it is to help both sides come to an agreement. This is a fully confidential service on a “without prejudice” basis and details will not be disclosed at a court hearing, should this eventually become necessary.
